Responsibilities:

Maintain relationship with shareholders, investors, potential investors, regulators, and related agencies.
Support to the fundraising/M&A deals, mostly in terms of equity or convertible bonds, preference shares.

Investor relations:
-Organize and admin support to the Board of Directors and subordinated committee
-Keep communication with capital market regulators, investors, shareholders, industry analysts, and investor relations agency
-Track the ESOP execution
-Responsible of the off shore companies directory (Cayman, BVI, HK companies electronic filling of significant company related documents.), and the Board of Directors files (Agendas, Minutes, Resolutions, other related documents.)

Corporate finance:
-File collection and integration during the fundraising due diligence
-Organize the road show or non-deal road show
-Polish and draft company presentation slides
-Arrange the conference with Investors, Investment banking, external Analyst, Auditors, Legal Counsels and other professional institutions.
- Communicate with shareholder or debt holder with interest, coupon, and dividends payments, for the convertible bonds, preference shares, or debenture.

Competencies:
-Solid accounting knowledge and skills, some knowledge of corporate finance, knowledge of legal, tax and government regulations will be a plus.
-Capability to perform quantitative research and analyst.
-Good communication skills.
-Good problem- solving skills.
-Detailed orientated coupled with being able to identify broad, strategic implications;
-Proficiency with MS Office Tools
-Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business management
-CFA, ACCA or CPA will be a plus.

Experience:
-1-2 yrs working experience in big 4 audit firms or in MNC in functions of business analysis, financial controlling, or financial planning
-Cross functional communication and file gathering with internal/client departments. Experience of in due diligence.
