A.Operating Management

1.Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information, the safeguard of company assets, and compliance with accounting regulations and procedures, supervision and compile of various financial, production and statistical reports to various departments.
2.Liaise with government officials on regulatory issues impacting the Company.
3.Implement an effective and efficient accounting and internal control system.
4.Oversee the budgetary process preparation plans and forecast with periodic updates and revisions; review the monthly budget against actual result, analyze key variances, identify improvement possibilities and implement any necessary changes.
5.Review costing, control cost and ensure effective resource utilization. Identify key management and business issues and make recommendations for required action.
6.Supervise various other functions including financial statement preparation, provide monthly management and financial report to the holding company and headquarter.
7.Head up the IT department to automate all corporate functions / systems and provide IT services to the user.
8.Assist in achieving maximum tax and treasury efficiency, as well as liaise and negotiate with government officials in the tax bureau and other government office.
9.Guide the analysis and studies for business opportunities, conduct the quotation process.
10.Work with the Managing Director and General Manager on special projects.
11.Act as a company secretary for the board and carry out all the secretarial work for the Board of Directors.

B.Quality and Productivity Management
1.Lead all finance staff to attend Quality Circle activity.
2.Actively respond “Quality Work Place” competition.
3.Assist in maintaining safe working environment.

C.People Management
1.Recruit and train local relevant staff.
2.Responsible for working schedule of each supervisor and make suitable target for them.
3.Make valuation on financial staff working performance at interval.
4.Provide suitable training and necessary guidance for the staff.
