Position Overview
? Lead admin team to provide professional admin support to the office.

Responsibilities
? Overall plan and action on staff birthday party/annual dinner event/farewell party,etc.
? Streamline and implement the admin policies and processes.
? Make filling system in order and more convenience for staffing.
? Forecasting and budget management.
? Cost saving and daily expense control.
? Manage and update office licenses.
? Coordinator with Seattle helpdesk team to lead the local IT for office IT affairs
? Staff annual leave record keeping and recording.
? Purchase, manage and maintain the fixed assets.
? Manage the project of office decoration.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Proficiencies
? Good written and oral English communication skills.
? Solid word processing and computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
? Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels.
? Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
? Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
? Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.

Education and Experience
? At least college diploma or equivalent related experience.
? 5+ years of admin experience.
