Responsibility：
工作職責(zé)：
1. Collect and analyze customer requirements.
收集和分析客戶的要求;
2. Interface with customers on technical issues on Takata's products.
就產(chǎn)品技術(shù)問題和客戶保持密切互動;
3. Good Communication with team, share the information about the customer requirement, and make sure the customer requirements will be well stratified.
很好的技術(shù)溝通能力，能準(zhǔn)確及時地傳遞客戶的要求，確保滿足客戶各項(xiàng)要求。
4. Lead the design team to fix the issue on customer site; make the program SOP without risk;
帶領(lǐng)開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，能處理客戶的現(xiàn)場問題，使項(xiàng)目能無風(fēng)險量產(chǎn).
5. Trouble-shooting and analyze vehicles with Takata products.
故障排除并進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品匹配度的分析;
6. Work close with sales & marketing peers to identify strategic or emerging markets of the customer and contributes to establishing or expanding our business in these areas.
與銷售市場密切協(xié)作確定戰(zhàn)略或新興的客戶市場，并積極建立或擴(kuò)大在這些領(lǐng)域的業(yè)務(wù)。
7.Delivery presentations to customers.
給客戶進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品演示。
8. Participates in the development of a strategy for building and managing specific customer relationships (e.g., purchasing, sales & marketing, and product planning).
參與建設(shè)和管理客戶關(guān)系（如采購，銷售及市場推廣，產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃）的戰(zhàn)略開發(fā)。

Education and skill requirements:
職位要求
1. 2-year university degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering majors;
2年本科以上學(xué)歷, 電子電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè);
2. 2-5 years of working experience in automotive industry, electrical product experience is a must; especially for Body ECU system is plus.
汽車行業(yè)2-5工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，工作產(chǎn)品曾為車身相關(guān)電子控制器系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先考慮;
3. Good experience of technical design and strong sense on marketing.
較好的技術(shù)開發(fā)經(jīng)歷以及敏銳的市場感知能力;
4. Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
誠信，誠實(shí)，并具備良好的溝通技巧;
5. Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill;
學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，良好的英語表達(dá)能力，熟悉辦公系統(tǒng);
6. Willing to travel and working under pressure.
愿意出差和在壓力下工作。
