Brushless Electrical Engineer is needed for product implementation at Electronics Contract Manufacturers. Ideal candidate will have very good knowledge of electronics manufacturing, product development, and brushless theory. Additionally, ideal candidate will have excellent communication skill and participate freely and enthusiastically with China, US, European, and Thai teams. Pluses for ideal candidate are software ability, brushless motor skill and project leadership abilities.
Requirements:
?5+ years experience in design and product implementation for electronic assemblies with 1+ years experience in brushless controls or inverter controls
?Basic knowledge of brushless motors or other motors
?Good knowledge of electronic manufacturing assembly
?Good circuit/brushless system troubleshooting skill
?Good working knowledge of brushless control operation
?Capable of troubleshooting manufacturing process problems and electronic assembly failures
?Software skills with assembly language, C and Visual Basic a plus
?Knowledge of brushless motor design and manufacturing a plus
?Must have excellent English communication skills both written and spoken for effective communication with US, Europe and Thailand teams
?Capable to handle multiple teams, tasks, and projects concurrently
?Willing to travel within China and internationally (Thailand, US)
?Project leadership skills a plus

Responsibility:
?Take charge of the electronic BLDC control module NPI in the electronic manufacture supplier including tester qualify, BOM verify, manufacture process qualify, troubleshoot etc.;
?Tracking the BLDC control module reliability test in Suzhou test center, analyze the control module failure root cause and figure out the correction plan;
?Take charge of some VI design task and some platform control module derivative design responsibility ;
?Offer the electronic technical support to the Suzhou manufacture plant including
Final tester qualification, BLDC control module failure root cause analysis etc.
