工作要求Job Requirements
1.本科以上學(xué)歷，工程技術(shù)專業(yè)背景;
Bachelor degree or above with major in Engineering field;
2.8年以上工作經(jīng)驗，其中汽車行業(yè)工程技術(shù)或項目管理工作五年以上；
8 years or above work experience incl. 5 years or above working in engineering or program management in automotive industry;
3.熟悉公司產(chǎn)品主要零部件如沖壓、注塑等的市場狀況、成本結(jié)構(gòu)及技術(shù)要求等；
Familiar with market situation, cost structure and specification of stamping, injection molding or electrical components;
4.具備一定的公司財務(wù)知識, 質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗, 汽車行業(yè)APQP/PPAP經(jīng)驗；
Have basic understanding of corporate finance knowledge, quality management experience, and APQP/PPAP experience in automotive field;
5.優(yōu)秀的邏輯分析和系統(tǒng)問題解決能力，良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力及指導(dǎo)能力
Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability, good leadership and coaching skills;
6.有責任感,專注的,和實踐型作風;較強的問題解決能力和注重結(jié)果。
Accountable, dedicated and hands-on spirit; Problem solving capability and drive for results。

崗位職責
Job Responsibility
1.作為內(nèi)部項目經(jīng)理，負責公司VAVE相關(guān)的項目管理工作，包括：VAVE項目計劃制定，項目狀態(tài)跟蹤，項目風險識別及應(yīng)對，溝通管理，確保VAVE項目按時完成，實現(xiàn)被批準的VAVE年度成本節(jié)約;
Work as internal project manager, be responsible for VAVE related project management, including VAVE main project plan building, VAVE project status control, risk identification and reduce, communication management and until customer approval, to reach the VAVE project target of cost saving;
2.協(xié)助制訂和維護公司VAVE流程，協(xié)助制訂跨年度VAVE規(guī)劃；
Support to make and maintain VAVE procedure and process, support to work out multi-year VAVE planning;
3.協(xié)調(diào)跨部門成員完成VAVE方案的可行性研究以及成本核算等;
Coordinate with the cross-team members to implement the feasibility study, business case and so on, for VAVE ideas
4.協(xié)助計算所有VAVE項目月度節(jié)約并匯總月度預(yù)測，向管理層匯報所有VAVE項目進度及節(jié)約金額做月度匯報;
Support to calculate VAVE projects saving and summarize forecast monthly，Report all VAVE projects milestones and saving to management monthly;
5.協(xié)助制訂供應(yīng)商改善工作計劃，提高供應(yīng)商管理、預(yù)算及財務(wù)控制水平，優(yōu)化供應(yīng)商成本結(jié)構(gòu)；
Support to make supplier development plan, improve supplier’s management, budgeting and finance controlling, optimize supplier cost structure;
6.效力和效率方面的持續(xù)性改進;
Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;
7.支持其他部門的工作;
Support other department;
8.完成上級交辦的其它工作.
Complete other assignments given by superior.
