1．Monitor salary structures and benefits programs including review & analysis, internal promotion, external hires, market benchmarking.
2. Optimize and improve C&B policies and plans based on business requirements. Periodically review C&B process to ensure HR operation effectiveness and efficiency.
3. Keep track of market compensation and benefit trend and regulations.
4. Monitor and analyze labor cost movement and justify it rationality.
5. Support on bonus plan design/review and other regional incentive plan initiatives
6. Annually review C&B vendors including insurance and benefits vendors and related programs, and daily manage all related C&B vendors to continuously improve cost efficiency and service satisfaction of the vendors.
7. Coordination internal communication between management team and staff. Provide professional advice and service to internal customers.
8. Assist Sr. C&B manager to optimize the individual tax liability as well as work with tax adviser on tax management, benefit management, and so on.
9. Assist Sr. C&B Manager to conduct C&B projects and programs including annual merit increment, benefits programs review and development and etc..
10. Other assigned tasks regarding compensation and benefit or HR related.
Qualifications:
Bachelor and above .
Good English in reading, writing and oral.
Familiar with the methodology of job matching, with good skills of job analysis; with experienced in JE&Salary Structure program will be plus.
Familiar with labor law and regulations, and familiar with IIT for expatriates will be plus.
Strong logicality and high sensitively digital.
HRIS Key user experience is preferred.
Strong adaptability and resistance to high pressure and trend to try new thought and methods.
