Key objectives
1.Ensure key risk indicators below budgeted level for online product.
2.Contribute ideas on fraud detection and prevention for online product.
3.Setup and maintain fraud related approval strategy for online product.
4.Generate and maintain regular fraud monitoring reports for online product.
5.Conduct ad-hoc analysis for abnormal trend/case for online product.
Duties and responsibilities
1.Contribute ideas on fraud detection, submit business requirement, keep track of the execution.
2.Design fraud monitoring reports, generate the reports on regular basis and ensure the accuracy of data.
3.Monitor abnormal performance/behavior in loan life cycle as well as in designed processes with regular fraud monitoring reports and ad-hoc analysis
4.Keep track of measures which proposed to be taken on detected fraud activities/violation, monitor the performance and ensure that the fraud activities are well followed up
5.Identify loophole in monitoring process and propose adjustment accordingly
6.Cooperate with Underwriting, Collection, BIC in order to maximize efficiency of fraud monitoring
Requirements
a. Education/Experience
1. Minimum one-year experience in financial institution or bank
2. Bachelor degree, preferably with major in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science.
3. Knowledge of fraud prevention/monitoring in retail banking is big advantage
4. Knowledge of underwriting processes in international financial groups is big advantage
b. Required skill
1. Skillful at MS offices (especially EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK)
2. Knowledge of SQL, Oracle or other programming languages is big advantage
3. Capability of data analysis and interpreting charts and figures
4. Excellent communication skill
5. Willingness to work in international team
6. Capability of dealing with stress; flexible and result-oriented
7. Good oral and written English
