Incumbent responsibilities and Duties:
*Assist the assigned project engineer to complete projects or handle projects independently based on personal qualification with satisfaction of customer (including scheduling, preparation, reply to question, coordination, etc.).
*Provide client with prompt support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
*Expand technical knowledge through BF technical training, self study (e.g. new standards, directives, decision) and certification process.
*Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
*Assist to coordinate projects / tasks and lead time which involve other departments (such as accounting, certification, other related colleagues) and usage of project tracking tools. Contribute to team members (such as share knowledge and resource, perform temporary tasks or act as deputy).

Jointly Responsibilities and Duties:
*Supporting the projects handling may include among others but is not limited to short report compilation, client communication, maintaining documents as hard copy and soft copy in a tidy way, status update to client, preparation of documents etc.

TüV is the German abbreviation of "Technical Supervision Association".
The TüV Rheinland Group was founded in 1872,on the banks of the Rhine in Germany. For more than 130 years we have provided safety and a high quality of life through our emphasis on the strictest of standards. From our origins as the Pressure Vessel Survey Association, we developed
into an inspection body officially accredited by the German government, and are now a world owned international certification company, which has set up more than 100 companies at 300 locations in over 50 countries and regions.

Since 1988, when TüV Rheinland Group China established its subsidiary in Hong Kong, we have developed a wide service network covering 8 major cities to provide professional certification services for Chinese manufacturers. Backed by German experts stationed permanently in China, we have continuously extended our service scope.
