Job Description:

The accounting work will focus on Converting Plants and/or Business Reporting. The staff routinely interacts with facility finance personnel at the plants as well as division finance management.

This position will handle centralized accounting responsibilities related to converting locations as well as business general ledger responsibility including accounts receivable and credit. The candidate will work closely with the facilities and corporate business groups providing all required entries, internal control, reporting and analysis related to the process areas.

The responsibilities of this position include:

? Ensure transactions are recorded in compliance with Local and US GAAP and established accounting policies.

? Facilitate the monthly closing, review, reconciliation and reporting processes.

? Assist as the back-up for accounts receivable and credit processes and accounting

? Work as a business partner with the facilities providing analytical support.

? Work closely with Consolidations, Tax and Financial Reporting teams.

? Participate and work with internal / external financial audits and reports.

? Leverage business / manufacturing knowledge to establish reliable financial processes.

? Collaboratively work on process improvements within the team and with other teams.

Requirements include:

? College Bachelors Degree

? Facility or plant experience preferred but not required

? Minimum of two years work experience.

? Proficient systems knowledge (SAP, Hyperion, IPACS, other plant ERP systems)

? Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
