Our client is a leading US manufacture company.

Core Accountabilities
· Responsible for leading accounting activities for the Zhenjiang Plant.
· Maintain the accounting system (Kingdee) and global ERP system in compliance with requirements from both local regulations and group reporting purpose
· Responsible for month-end closing and GAAP adjustments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under PRC/US GAAP
· Review the reconciliation for major balance sheet items, such as bank, inventory, trade receivables / payables and intercompany balances
· Follow up all tax filing, tax compliance related issues and declare to the relevant tax bureaus; draft tax document and communicate with tax authority
· Act as a key contact between the company and the tax bureau, local SAFE and other administrative authorities and maintain good relationship
· Assist to liaise with other offices/colleagues during the external/internal audits and provide information required.
· Assist to ensure the internal control structure is in place, functioning effectively, and appropriately tested in accordance with SOX
· Any other projects/tasks assigned
· Promote team work within the department and the organization


Qualifications
· Bachelor degree
8-10 years working experience, preferably in multinational companies.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general ledger and tax in manufacturing environment
· Experience in Kingdee/Oracle/SAP/Hyperion will be an advantage.
· Good command in spoken and written English.
· Mature, fast learner and able to work under pressure
· Location: Zhenjiang, travel to Shanghai on needed basis
