工作職責:
Key objectives
1.Build up HCC talent pipeline and tracking the development of all talents in company.
2.Manage the talent development programs which especially for existing talents.
Duties and responsibilities
1.Structure the HCC talent pool and the tracking process and policies.
2.Analysis the talent development status and show the most important items to support Top management level to understand the talent situation.
3.Analysis the assessment tool and localization to use internal of HCC for talent development and leadership management.
4.Align with HQ about some international talent programs and collaboration with training team to delivery all programs.
5.Initiative new talent programs by level and request from business and also make sure it is valuable.
6.Management local talent programs efficiency and transformation all the process which need to enhance.
7.Other duties or projects assigned by the team.

任職資格:
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above; psychology or relative major is preferred;
2.Relative working experience is preferred, such as talent management or assessment management;
3.Good knowledge of talent assessment and familiar with the assessment market;
4.Familiar with the staff management in large and medium enterprises;
5.Good communication ability in English and coordination ability;
6.Excellent learning and creative ability, and effective teamwork.
