Job Qualifications
* At least 3 years project manage or leading experience in automobile industry; Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electrical or automation engineering disciplines;
* Proficient in automation related knowledge (design, drawing, plc programing and commissioning)
* Familiar in project management process, basic knowledge of project quotation process;
* Good at project organize and tracking, strong coordination and pushing capability on project;
* Fluent English speaking

Job Description
* Participate in discussion of project technical proposal in sales phase; support for sales quotation;
* Responsible of project scope, technical proposal and detail confirmation in project kickoff phase;
* Responsible of project management (planning, implementation, controlling and tracking);
* Responsible for communication and confirmation in a timely manner of project change;
* Responsible for the incident emergency response in the process of the project, report in a timely manner;
* Responsible of project file management and ERP system and server’s data management.
* Responsible of project account receivable process (PM play a very important role in AR collection).
* Responsible of internal communication and coordination, responsible of project stage information and progress in time transfer;
* Communication with customer and final customer, Coordination of the various conflicts, maintain relationship with OEM and drive customer satisfaction.
* Responsible of the project performance appraisal and KPI assessment of project team member;
* Responsible of project team member’s ideological and life care;
* Participation in technical team professional skill training, participation team development.
