Job Responsibilities
? This is a hands-on Sr. Web developer position with a fast growing global business and development team.
? Has good understanding in development principles / standards and SDLC practices, and drive team to follow best development practices (Code Review, Code Freeze, etc.)
? Translates the business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex solutions and integrating architecture
? Development, maintenance and support of Web side components
? Successfully interpret business requirements
? Design and implement new application functionality in conjunction with other development team member
? Liaise with Quality Assurance Testers to ensure functionality meets expectations
? Perform post release checkouts
? Create documents for support for post-production support
? Contribute ideas on technology and process to ensure the team is productive and successful
? Work with Global team (US/Europe and Shanghai) and open to attend calls as needed

Job Opportunities
? Build a centralized, appealing, useful and convenient interface for Citi fund management firms to access NAV, Trade status, etc. in Investor Services.
? Get exposure to various Capital Markets businesses at Citi
? Build the experience of working in global development teams

Education
? Have a Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics or related majors
? With Financial knowledge or background is a plus

Job Skills
? Expert in Web development; 3+ years of experience.
? Must have solid experience in frontend JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
? Solid understanding and experience with backend JavaScript like Node.js.
? Demonstrated development of highly responsive, scalable Web applications, know web application security, performance tuning and browser compatibility.
? Demonstrated experience with automatic build tools like Gulp, Webpack.
? Demonstrated and working knowledge of frontend JavaScript framework like AngularJS, React.
? Server side language experience (like Java) and NOSQL DB (like MongoDB) is a plus.
