Description:
The position is the manager of AI team in PwC SDC Enterprise Automation department. As a manager of a talented and dedicated AI team, you will lead the team to work closely with the PwC internal and external functions, face customers directly, understand customer real problems, design and implement and deliver solutions with the technologies of deep learning and machine learning. The solutions span the fields of image/object/video recognition, speech recognition, Chatbot, and information extraction in a broader range of industries such as HealthCare, energy, automotive, manufactural and finance etc.

Responsibilities:
Be a manager:
?Deeply understand the market and potential business opportunities. Develop the short-term and long-term team strategy, objective and execution plan.
?Lead the team continuously build generalized enterprise solutions by leveraging AI techniques.
?Continuously improve team technical capacity to face the different challenges.
?Take care of team member self-development. Maximize individual contribution and business output by aligning team member interests with company strategy.

Be a solution architect:
?Communicate with customers directly to understand customer detailed business cases and pain points.
?Design solutions at both architecture level and detailed level.
?Lead the core part implementation of the solution.
?Lead the team to deliver the solution into customer environment.

Be a business development manager:
?Meet as many customers as possible to look for potential business opportunities.
?Participate and support front line in bidding.
?Provide technical consultant to other PwC membership firms to win more deals.

Required:
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or Robotics
8+ years’ experience in enterprise software development or delivery industry
3+ years’ leader/manager experience of a 10+ people team
2+ year’s hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning
Expert in Python/R/C++
Outstanding communication skills and English skills
Familiar with at least one domain in computer vision and natural language processing
Familiar with at least one deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Keras, Caffe2, and PyTorch
