This supervisor position will be responsible for all aspects of goods receipt, inventory transfer, delivery picking/packing, storage management, transportation management, as a part of the Production department for the new China manufacturing facility.
Key deliverables are to Support a complex warehouseing system and organization that mananges inventory that drive the manufacturing process. uates, recommends and implements programs to ensure all warehousing targets are achieved.
The attributes necessary for success include the capability to lead, communication skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, time management, and drive.
?Engage in team buiding up, including hiring, training, supervision and qualification of warehouse personnel to meet position requirements.
?Direct supervision and management of the warehouse group personnel.
?Stock management and control to continuously improve inventory accuracy.
?Workflow and workload management within warehouse.
?Frontline troubleshooting of inventory and receiving issues.
?Monitor SAP WMS (“warehouse management system”) and identify opportunities for improvement, determination of root cause and solution implementation.
?Effective communication and collaboration within department and external interfaces with Facility and Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality etc..
?Timely investigate and report product quality issues and provide technical support as need.
?Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
?Ability to work well with others.
?Ability to work with cross-site teams.
?Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

?Knowledge & Experience:
-Typically 3-5 years of successful experience gained in logistics operation including warehousing, distribution, transportation, inventory control(project management experience is a plus) and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above, possessing knowledge of GMP regulations and practices is plus.
-Knowledge and experience in Quality Management (CAPA, IR, Quality Notifications).
-Knowledge and experience in Staffing, Delegation, Performance Management, Foster Teamwork, Self-Development, Giving Feedback.
-Microsoft Office experience required.
-Possess extensive knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. S degree is preferred, in supply chain/logistics, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
