Main ive of the job:
1: Independently completing the instruments installation, operation training, and plan maintenance
2: Support the troubleshooting of products upon the request of customers in time
3: perform laboratory testing
4: regular visit customer according to plan, and improve customer satisf
5: Work collaboratively with the other team to win customer satisf.
主要工作職責(zé)：
1：獨(dú)立完成設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試，臨床操作培訓(xùn)，定期進(jìn)行設(shè)備維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)；
2：及時解決客戶的受理問題；
3：完成實(shí)驗(yàn)室測試；
4：定期回訪客戶，提高客戶滿意度；
5：能夠很好地與其他部門或團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，以獲得客戶滿意。

Qualification:
1: Bachelor and above, majored in molecular biology, biotechnology or related science
2: Minimum 0.5 years working experiences in technical support or laboratory
3: Good practice experience in biological laboratory and good knowledge in laboratory
4: Good interpersonal and communication skill
5: Basic English skill of reading.
