Purpose of position:
To provide support for all HR & Admin functions within the Sol-M GROUP. This role will support HR Director in PD & OD development, staff relations, policy development, legal compliance and daily HR operations.

Recruitment:
? Implement Recruiting Plan.
? Practice the interview.
? Communicate with the business department regularly, understand, adjust direction to complete the recruitment.
? Manage proper recruiting channel and uate regularly improve the efficiency of the recruitment.

Contribution & Benefits:
? First round payroll check, monitor and involve in all the process of payroll release.
? Create reward programs and structures and implementing these programs to attract, motivate and retain talent.

Staffing:
? Interpret internal or external communication with staff, department, Group HQ.

Performance Management:
? Conduct uation process, work with managers to setup and monitor performance standard.
? Arrange and participate in HR & Admin uation interview, and feedback the result

Training:
? Arrange orientation for the new comer.
? Arrange staff attend, take record and give the feedback of training course

Others:
? Serve as an HR expert to Sol-M Group Leadership
? Take leadership to the activities of annual party, outing, team building…etc.
? Perform as a business partner to support project when happened.

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or equivalent
? Bilingual: English / Mandarin required
? Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
? Minimum 3 years HR working experiences
? Familiar with China Labor Law
? Strong team work spirit Confidence & ability to influence decisions.
? Good team p, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated open-minded and candid attitude.
? Ability to partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Group.
? Strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on outstanding matters efficiently.
? Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment.
? Strong business understanding.
? Willing to work under pressure
? Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

? Medical device industry experience will be a plus
