The Finance Manager is accountable for the financial operations and internal control of the Sol-M Suzhou. He / She is responsible to the ongoing development of the supply chain finance as well as to ensure the timely and accurate delivery for the financial and accounting tasks as per corporate and local requirement.

Responsibilities:

-Manage daily financial operations together the month-end closing such as accounting bookings, payment and collections, production cost analysis, intercompany reconciliation, financial reporting package as well as statutory tax claim and reporting on a timely and accurate basis

-Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and resource. Interact with external audit and corporate finance for successful audit for the company.

-Ensure the timely and accurate deliveries on the cashflow forecast, mid-year forecast and annual budget.

-Manage the standard production costing and take the effective and efficient s to make sure the production cost is under control and proper booked.

-Improve the manufacturing finance policies and procedures for the daily operations as well as for SAP implementation

-Maintain the good relationship with Tax, SAFE, Banks and other external banks etc

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or above, major in accounting/finance,CET 4/6 in English or above

-Certified Public Accountant / Certified Management Accountant or Equivalents

-At least 5 years’ manufacturing finance experience in MNC, solid in product costing

-Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS & China GAAP

-Sound hands-on and problem-solving skills

-Good command of English and Mandarin

-Familiar with SAP
