職位描述：
This position will be responsible for the Recon business in Tianjin.
（高級）銷售代表將會負責公司在骨科類產品（關節(jié)）在天津地區(qū)的銷售。
主要職責 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- 完成當地的銷售指標 To achieve the sales target
- 專業(yè)的傳達詳細的產品知識給客戶 To get solid product knowledge to serve customers with high standard quality and safty
- 管理當地代理商 To enhance the distributor management
- 管理當地重點客戶，促進產品的市場占有率 To maintain and develop key account in order to increase market share
- 有效率的解決工作上的問題，完成每周的銷售報告 To submit weekly reports and solve problems timely

- 能主動去了解并回應公司內外部客戶的需求 To be proactive and meet the internal and external customers’ needs

教育、經驗要求 Education/Experience Requirements
- 醫(yī)學相關領域背景，本科尤佳 Bachelor Degree of Medicine above or similar medical
- 1年以上骨科外科相關產品銷售經驗 Above two years sales experience with Orthopaedics related experience in multinational company
- 良好的銷售及溝通技巧 Good selling skill, good interpersonal skill, clear communication skill
- 適應出差 Travel up to 50%
