Job Deion:
1.Responsible for financial data collections (Accrue and Compliance tracking)
2.Consolidate and complete the monthly summary event report according to the requirements (SER and Monthly Business Review Report)
3.Manage IR service request, and tracking the In-kind report, EO, Acitvity Report and Chargeback
4.Tracking the status of payments to vendor.
5.ANA budget tracking
6.Random check the service process and the updated compliance matters and new finance policy to vendor for ZBI events.
7.Random check the quote, statement and cost breakdown
8.Contract management
9.Vendor review and uation according to Marcoms requirements.
10.Annual suppliers review
11.Develop necessary process for daily work according to ZB policy and compliance requirement.
12.Training Updated Compliance policy and Updated SOP internally
13.Coordinate internal and external all audit and monitoring programs with a result of satisfactory and above
14.Co-ordination of special courses
15.Support daily work to ZBI Director
16.Team attendance rate management.
17.New Hire system application, training and logistics arrangement
18.Department procurement, and logistics support
19.Organise and execute team building and other team activities.
Requirements:
1.Strong sense of responsibility
2.1 year working experience on budget management
3.Strong communication skills both Chinese and English
4.Good interpersonal and practical problem-solving skills, innovative and proactive
5.Be Skill in Microsoft Office Software e.g: word, excel, PPT, etc.
