Job Responsibilities：
?ESL lecturers, as mentioned above are responsible to teach and assist students in better their English foundation.
?ESL lecturers are responsible to teach and advise students in full cooperation with other teaching staffs and administrators. The first ive of a teacher shall be to provide the student with quality education through professional competence, effective teaching, and wise counselling.
?Lecturers shall also stay up-to-date with professional trends in the teaching field and help facilitate the continual change that may be required to keep instruction current and relevant.
?ESL lecturers are expected to encourage and interact with students in the process of learning the language.
?ESL lecturers are also required to make the learning process more fun and interesting to induce learning and participating in class.

Qualification and Requirements:
?Master Degree holders in Education, TESOL, Language studies (English), Translation and Interpretation, Social Studies, Philosophy, Communication, and any related field in English teaching (preferably from U.K., U.S., Canada, or Australia) and at least 3+ years professional experience
?At least 3+ years of study abroad experience.
?Desire to teach and coach.
?Good understanding of, and experience with, international standardize test such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE.
?Strong presentation and communication skills
?Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with students.
?Excellent knowledge, and ability with standard office technology such as MS Office, Internet, intranet tools, etc.)
