Responsibility
?Deal with issues concerning the harmonization of data architectures and supervise consultation projects onsite as a specialist of everything to do with analytics/business intelligence.
?Be actively integrated in all phases of the analysis and strategy development through to the solution design, implementation, testing, and introduction.
?Optimize our business information management.
?Analyze and assess the existing processes and, together with the business, define their requirements for data models, architectures, and flows.
?Support business in the field of data governance, be it in the introduction of comprehensive data quality management or in the conception of master data management for market or other reference data.
?Design the common data architecture asset including work, principle, guideline and template, lead the delivery team realize an optimized solution in APAC.

Qualifications:
?Strong communication skills: be able to quickly understand the points, and capture both verbal and non-verbal messages, be able to send effective feedback to listeners and commands the conversation or presentation. Be an appealing speaker in the public speech. Be good at both written and verbal languages.
?Team work: values other people efforts, honor the team success ahead of personal interests.
?Learning agility: comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, be able to learn to find new solutions to tough problems, highly curious with broad interests.
?Minimum of 8 years experience with BI, experience with BI solutions and tools (ETL, SQL, SSIS, Tableau, etc)
?At least 3 full cycle BI project experience.
?Project management experience.
?Fluent oral and written English.
