Roles & Responsibilities:In charge of CMO campus safety management work covering both process control, emergency disposal, document control as well as other safety supporting work.1.?? ?Initiate office’s safety work plan and monitor the implementation. Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the office safety work system in order to coordinate all office resources on safety work input. 2.?? ?Be responsible for key campus safety management work within CMO work scope including campus fire safety, traffic safety, food safety, construction safety and public security, etc., in accordance with the office overall plan and safety regulation.3.?? ?Be responsible for campus safety education and training work for university offices/departments, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.4.?? ?Be responsible for coordination work inside the office as well as among suppliers, departments, government authorities if needed, such as organizing regular meetings, inspection work, theme events of safety and so on.5.?? ?Campus safety related emergency handling and coordination. 6.?? ?Be responsible for file and report archiving, to support overall safety management work.7.?? ?Be responsible for any other duties commensurate with the level and grade of this post, and any other tasks assigned as needed.Qualifications:1. bachelor degree of Safety Technology and Management or relevant field. 2. Relevant working experience of safety management or fire safety management is required. Fire safety related credential is preferred.3. Working experience in an education establishment is preferable.3. Good command of English and Chinese both in writing and speaking.4. Good skills in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Required Competencies and Skills:1. Good interpersonal, communication skills, as well good team work spirit and problem solving capabilities.2. Ability to handle and coordinate a variety of administrative tasks in a busy office environment and provide the solutions by a quick react.3. Confident and reliable, self-discipline and independent, work in a manner of positive, patient, motivate and be able to pay attention to details.4. High safety first sense, be able to handle pressure in a proper way.
