Position Summary：Engineer Electronics Design for standardized Automotive LED lightsources.Key Responsibility: 1) Development of Automotive LED lightsources acc. to established scientific methods, international standards, IP situation and customer requirements from planning & designing to series production2) Optimization of electronic product designs concerning costs, quality and performance (including support for thermal design) 3) Define product and component specifications (including PCB layout) based on tolerance calculations, circuit simulations, thermal simulations and acquired technical expertise on recent technical innovations to make sure the product design can be manufactured in series production4) Perform, analyze and document product or component tests by developing testing procedures including equipment definition and performing failure analysis with recommendations for problem solving5) Alignment with suppliers concerning electronic components and PCBs and customers concerning electronics questions6) Support production introduction in an interdisciplinary team with design and construction of tools for specific electronic, mechanic and optic parts, definition of test strategy and equipment ****ion7) Support in series production in case of quality issues, claim analysis, delivery problems or second source qualificationsQualification:1) Education **** & Industry exposure: bachelor or above of electonics, physics or relevant field2) Years of experience: minimum 3 years experience on power electronic product design, LED lighting product preferred 3) Essential knowledge and professional skills: power electronics (buck / buckboost / boost / flyback / PFC / Bridge (LCC)), PCB layout software PADS, EDA tools, OrCAD Powerlogic and Power PCB, etc., technical know how for lighting products, especially in LED headlamps, luminaire or bulbs4) Certification requirement (if needed): - 5) Other must to have requirements (leadership experience, IT, language…): English, result-oriented, team inspirit6) Other nice to have requirements (leadership experience, IT, language…) Automotive experience, knowledge in assembly processes of product / PCB (preferably LED lighting products), project management experience.
