Post SpecificationKey Duties and Responsibilities:1.Assist in the coordination and execution of internal audit activities, ensuring alignment with the University's strategic ****ives and compliance requirements2.Support the ****uation of governance, risk management, and control processes, including documentation and reporting of findings3.Facilitate communication between the IAO and other departments, ensuring timely follow-up on audit recommendations and **** plans4.Prepare and maintain audit-related documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management and the Audit Committee5.Assist in the planning and scheduling of audit engagements, including logistical arrangements and resource coordination6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior management or his/her delegates.Qualifications and Requirements:1.A Bachelor or a higher degree2.At least 3 year's working experience, preferably in auditing, financial compliance, or a related field3.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese, with proficiency in preparing reports and presentations5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with audit software or tools is a plus.
