Detailed De****ion: ?Supplier quality planning process1)Define new part sample inspection planning according to drawing and supplier capability requirement.2)Work with IQC team to make and optimize parts inspection planning and update visual appearance criteria and dimension planning.3)Make supplier process audit planning according to sourcing guideline, monitor audit findings corrective ****s execution and ensure ****s close loop management.4)Support local sourcing for new part sample release process and help supplier to clarify new part PPAP and PQL requirement.?Supplier quality control process1)Monitor series parts quality status and make ****uation for parts quality that is not fulfilled according to process or drawing.2)Follow up series parts supplier non-conformity PPN (product problem note) tracking status and make sure all supplier related PPN must be closed with corrective ****s.3)Participate in-house MRB process to review series part supplier quality deviation during incoming inspection process.4)Initiate supplier fire-wall mechanism to make sure no failure parts from supplier to deliver to company.?Failure handling process and improvement 1)Collect and transfer series parts quality failure to supplier and ask supplier to provide corrective ****s (such as 8D report). 2)Positively handle customer complaint which was caused by supplier and make sure all customer complaint from supplier must fulfill our target requirement.3)Review supplier determined root cause and defined corrective ****s and follow up all corrective ****s execution and evidence accordingly.4)Coach supplier using quality tools or methodology (like fish bone and 5why) to determine real root cause and reduce recurrence issues.5)Collect supplier charge back case and inform supplier for quality case caused cost and notify local sourcing to get charge back from supplier. ?Supplier quality data and awareness management1)Monthly monitor series parts supplier quality performance (ACC, PPN and FR) data and push supplier to drive continuous improvement. 2)Maintain and manage supplier quality scoring database, records and reporting to ensure all quality data must be with transparent way.3)Approach regular supplier quality awareness training and visual appearance criteria clarification and optimization.Requirements: 1)Be familiar to ISO9001:2015 standard and apply its best knowledge into supplier audit skill and supplier process.2)Have metal parts supplier quality management experience and be familiar to metal parts manufacturing process (cutting, bending, rivet, welding and plating).3)Know quality tools like SPC, MSA and FMEA and be familiar to 5Why ,8D and control plan with best knowledge.4)Have supplier quality engineer experience minimum 5 years. 5)Have knowledge for supplier PPAP process (such as first article inspection) and experience for implementation.6)Have relevant electrical parts commodity supplier management experience (such as PCBA, PCB, capacitor, resistor and sensor).7)Have strong communication, priority management and problem-solving capability.
