PURPOSE:Develop and implement standard supplier quality improvement processes, ****uate potential suppliers, and work with suppliers to ensure that they meet the company’s requirements. The goal is to ensure that the company has a reliable and high-quality supplier base that supports its business ****ives. This position is responsible for ensuring that the company’s suppliers can meet the company’s needs and that they align with the company’s values and goals.JOB DE****ION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)?Develop and implement supplier quality improvement policies/procedures?Monitor compliance with supplier quality improvement policies/procedures?Manage the process of qualifying new suppliers, including conducting supplier assessments and audits, and audit follow-up/improvements.?Ensure that existing suppliers meet the company's quality and performance standards?Provide training to all suppliers and the company internal team for supplier performance scorecard?Manage new supplier onboarding, including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP(Production Part Approval Process)?Coach suppliers in the deployment of key business processes such as 8D Problem Solving, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), PPAP etc?Drive improvements by utilizing Lean methodologies, supplier scorecards, and conducting supplier audits.
