崗位職責(zé)：-負(fù)責(zé)光纖通訊綜合布線和光器件產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)與導(dǎo)入管理，包括但不限于光纜、跳線、組件等；-產(chǎn)品開發(fā)與導(dǎo)入過程管理，如產(chǎn)品規(guī)格分解、BOM、物料確認(rèn)、工藝及夾具評(píng)估等；-主導(dǎo)完成新產(chǎn)品樣品制作及相關(guān)驗(yàn)證；任職要求：-?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷，熟練運(yùn)用辦公或相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件；-兩年以上光無源產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或制程等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉各類光纖跳線、光纜、光器件等產(chǎn)品的工藝、基本結(jié)構(gòu)與參數(shù)，了解GR326、GR1435或IEC相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；-良好的組織溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，高度的責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；
