This role is responsible for working on a global team that develops and manages all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS), Workday learning, who are super admin role in China site. For this role, we are seeking someone with a profound curiosity to solve problems, a customer-focused mindset, and ideally someone who has a passion for learning and systems management.Job Responsibilities:The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Lead all administrative and technical aspects of the current LMS, including uploading content, creating courses & program, Survey, assigning Campaign, maintaining, and reporting on learning content in China Support LMS maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete Help Desk tickets within required service level agreements (SLAs) drive to solution by escalating with the vendor and Lenovo technical support take ****s, whether technical, training or communication to prevent these issues from occurring again Project manage training initiatives while working with key stakeholders on the training launch plan, communication and reporting plans Actively engages with the LMS global admin team and maintains an awareness and understanding of the global team initiatives so they can see opportunities for alignment and collaboration Proactively develops new skills in alignment with LMS functionality, features, and tools as they evolve with each release Make recommendations for future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience Display excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to identify issues, ****uate problems, policies, procedures and formulate system best practices Leverage data to better understand learner needs, drive system utilization, and constantly improve user experience Act as an intracompany brand ambassador for our learning systemJob Requirements:Capabilities: Aptitude to learn software and applications Detail-oriented with analytical thinking ability Superior organizational skills Cross-Cultural Communication skills Ability to work independently and in a global team setting, while managing competing priorities Consulting skills with the ability to understand business needs and propose learning system solutionsEducation/Experience: Learning Management Systems administration experience is preferred Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams is preferred Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Education Administration, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of video creation and editing tools Knowledge of design software and editing tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate) is preferred Some knowledge of HTML, SharePoint, **** is also beneficial Proficiency in Chinese and English is required
