****IVESWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Officer to join our team at Huili School Nantong. The Senior BD Officer will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and sustainability of our school by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. They will maintain excellent working relationships with school leaders, working collaboratively with other members of school's administration to develop more corporate relationships which support admissions and help grow school's portfolio in line with the group's strategy. The Senior BD Officer will be expected to contribute to the wider activities of Huili School Nantong and be an ambassador for the school in external communities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areasAnalyse data to develop insights into the bilingual education market and adapt strategies accordinglyCollaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the school's business development strategyPrepare and oversee business plans for programmes and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure effective marketing strategies are implementedCultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, community organisations, and relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial programmes and initiativesWork with the whole marketing team to develop marketing campaigns to enhance the school's visibility and reputationPrepare regular reports on business development activities, including key performance indicatorsUtilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies Provide support to the admissions team for events or activities when neededBASIC QUALIFICATIONEducation: Bachelor's degree or above. Majoring in business administration, marketing or a related field is preferred.Language: Fluency in both Chinese and EnglishWorking experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of working experience.
