Reporting to:EL Technical & Design Promotion ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.You will be mainly accountable for: ● VolumeSells products/systems/services to customers, achieving business targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. ● Customer relations Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience. ● New market opportunities Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identify digital sales opportunities and promote digital solutions to customers. ● Administration Manages administrative procedures in sales processes , and supports collection and project management activities when needed.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) ● Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred) ● At least 5 year’s sales experience in related industries Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project ● Strong learning ability customer orientation Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity ● Result driven Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.More about us ● Electrification provides leading electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services to electrify the world in a safe, smart and sustainable way.
