2 years of business analysis and/or technical project management experience preferred

Project management: ‘good to have’ skillset if the candidate has managed projects before… what’s a project? Something like going through the whole process with clients from start to end like we described above under the ‘enablement’ portion

Full training on the company’s product will be given to our candidate, and the candidate may fly to Japan for training for 1-2 weeks once he joins.
Travelling for this job: once a year trip to USA. Travelling about 25%

Technical: also known as ‘the trainer’. He will be in charge of providing the training. Most of the training are online training sessions, and this technical person will sit in the training, answer questions that the customers may have etc.
Enablement: this role involves our candidate to go to the client, speak to the relevant department who is in charge of storing the data for these research, and ask them to go for the training. Our candidate will coordinate the training schedule and program with internal colleagues, as well as liaise with clients on their available schedules, and who will be attending the training, and finally, if the client understands the training.

Medidata plans to grow the business and use Shanghai as its business Centre, and aims to recruit 20 new head counts within 2-3 years.
