Job Purpose

1. A regional role for Great China and North Asia (GCNA)
2. Fully responsible for C&B and HRIS management
3. In charge of certain HR projects such as Employee Engagement Survey

Key Roles and Responsibilities List the key roles and responsibilities of this job.

1. Legal compliance: ensure all of related policies and practices to be in line with laws and regulations.
2. Review, develop, and improve related policies and procedures in continuous basis
3. Manage the payroll, income tax, and social insurance in monthly basis, ensures 100% accuracy in timely manner.
4. Ensures the monthly HR reports are submitted accurately within the deadline;
5. Manage the salary survey and review process, and develop and improve the salary structure, to ensure our compensation and benefits to be competitive
6. Implements and tracks the incentive programs and incentive payouts. Assists with the incentive program review;
7. Develops, tracks and implements the supplementary pension scheme;
8. Support on personnel cost analysis and manpower planning
9. Updates internal stakeholders on the changing employment laws in territory and provides necessary recommendations;
10. Undertakes other HR projects assigned.


Job Requirements and Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree
2. Minimum 6 years related experience with international companies in C&B function;
3. Sound C&B knowledge with very careful attitude and habits towards the work;
4. Good communication, interpersonal skills and be able to act as a bridge between labor members & management;
5. Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin.
