Requirement：
- 5+ years’experience in molding technology field Automotive/Electronic injection industry is preferred
- Associate/Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Molding/Polymer material engineering). Preferably in an molding technology field
- Knowledge of CAD/ Mold flow analysis tools
- Familiar with plastic processes Technologies/Processes
- Strong interest in new program launch progress or operation support in a plastic fabrication facility
- Good English
- IATF16949experiece prefer.

Responsibility：
1.Successful launch of all plastic tooling with relevant team members, supporting new product development by supporting molding development engineering, product/process design, quality assurance, and assembly production to identify potential issues in the molding process before it is scaled up in molding production.
2.Responsible for preparing adequate equipment specifications for tools, molding equipment, tool maintenance, setup etc. (Adequate means : Taking current status and past experiences into lessons learn and always seeking best practices globally and placed into specification.
3.Responsible for whole process of ordering specified equipment which related with Molding process.(quotation, selection, purchase order).
4.Responsible for developing Mold process and always find optimized process parameters to get products that meet specification from project expected timing plan.
a)Understand DOE methodology and use in developing new process windows and identifying mold tooling and process improvements.
b)Try out new molds and give proposal to eliminate new injection molds problem, support new injection molds development.
5.Responsible for designing the work envelop for operation, associating with following process ME to get production system is properly defined.
a)Work cell design-in ergonomics and lean concept;
b)All related documentation need to be in placed;
c)Be responsible for process documentation preparation for tooling transferring
6.Develop the tool and equipment maintenance plan, reducing Molding machine down time.
7.Establish sufficient document to record all knowledge accumulation from daily trouble shooting.
8.Identify the opportunity in value stream to save cost and improve productivity to align with the department annual goal.
9.Lead the implementation of new processes and auxiliary equipment to the molding production area.
10.Support the engineering change management process, including part drawing modifications, material specifications and all other related paperwork. Implement and coordinate all changes to existing molding processes by writing and approving required documentation.
