Duties & Responsibilities
?Provide technical direction to all phases of process engineering and manufacturing in order to improve quality, reduce costs, and maximize production that will establish the company as the cost-competitive quality producer in the industry.
?Improve machine efficiencies by analyzing manufacturing processes, analyzing machine downtime, and initiating required machine redesign in order to improve machine productivity, quality, and downtime.
?Promote labor productivity by improving work methods and developing automation so that labor cost per unit is minimized.
?Implement capital and facility programs by improving work methods and developing automation so that labor cost per unit is minimized.
?Implement capital and facility programs by developing layouts, formulating specifications, selecting contractors and monitoring progress so that programs are completed according to specifications, on time, and within approved budget.
?Evaluate raw materials and finished goods by performing tests on physical properties of materials, conducting sample trial runs, analyzing qualities of finished goods, and comparing alternative materials in order to produce a quality product at the minimum possible materials costs.
?Other process engineering supervisor assigned work tasks.

SKILLS REQUIRED
?BD degree in Mechanical, Process, Material Engineer required.
?Polymer extrusion experience required.
?Experience should include a minimum of 3 years in process controls, cable industry experience is preferred.
?Hands on work required.
?Fluent in English.
