崗位職責(zé)：
1.深入分析和熟悉公司各部門(mén)的業(yè)務(wù)流程和邏輯，為ERP、OA系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)，制定產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化方案；
2.與研發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)營(yíng)等供應(yīng)商及部門(mén)有效溝通，確保其對(duì)產(chǎn)品充分理解；
3.把控項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量，提升用戶滿意度；監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)，并進(jìn)行分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)；
4.負(fù)責(zé)ERP、OA系統(tǒng)部署及后期維護(hù)，推進(jìn)、管理、實(shí)施、維護(hù)ERP；
5.負(fù)責(zé)ERP、OA系統(tǒng)管理及定制文件表單制作及執(zhí)行；
6.負(fù)責(zé)ERP、OA系統(tǒng)的操作使用培訓(xùn)，制定相關(guān)手冊(cè)不斷提高用戶系統(tǒng)操作水平；
7.負(fù)責(zé)各類相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)、人事報(bào)表的制作、開(kāi)發(fā)（帆軟FineReport或PowerBI）；
8.承擔(dān)公司各部門(mén)與應(yīng)用實(shí)施方的溝通；
9.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)分配的其他任務(wù)。

任職要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.了解MSSQL Server、MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，并能掌握一般的查詢語(yǔ)句的編寫(xiě)；
3.對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)專業(yè)知識(shí)有一定的了解；
4.至少2年以上ERP或OA等相關(guān)系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，從事過(guò)系統(tǒng)實(shí)施、推廣、培訓(xùn)等相關(guān)工作；
5.工作積極、細(xì)致、認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，有良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通能力和獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題的能力，能夠承受壓力，具有較強(qiáng)的工作責(zé)任心和事業(yè)心；
6.性格樂(lè)觀開(kāi)朗，有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；
7.至少熟練掌握一門(mén)高級(jí)開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言，代碼風(fēng)格好，架構(gòu)清晰；
8.對(duì)ERP有一定的認(rèn)識(shí)及濃厚的興趣；
9.熟悉金蝶K3/Cloud產(chǎn)品優(yōu)先；
10.良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力。
