SCIS虹橋校區(qū)正招收一名招生部秘書，工作時間為:7:45am-4:30pm。本崗位日常工作用語為英文，應(yīng)聘者請?zhí)峁┲杏⑽暮啔v，有國際學(xué)校工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮。工作主要內(nèi)容如下： PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform receptionist duties such as receiving and welcoming guests to campus (prospective families, visitors, vendors, etc.), answering the telephone (routing phone calls, answering questions, and taking messages), scheduling tours/appointments, and keeping the Welcome Center clean and tidy, maintains the welcome screen/school videos works well.Assist the Campus Admissions Officer with various admissions related responsibilities, such as: Scheduling and providing school toursCommunicating with and supporting prospective familiesManaging the enrollment database Assisting the reenrollment processPrepare new students’ applications for review. Communicate effectively through phone, email, and in-person (fluent in English and Mandarin).Maintain filing and/or database and record keeping systems on paper and/or computer.Check the completeness of the withdrawal student’s reports.Prepares reports which may require compiling and computing statistical data.Inventory and order materials, publications, supplies and/or merchandise.Input and update student information into system wide programmingHandle admissions administrative duties that include but not limited to uniform collections, preparation of admissions packets, receipt of applications, and miscellaneous feesConduct school tours when interested families are not English speakingReport to both system Director of Admissions and campus Head of SchoolEstablish positive relationships within the school community, including administrators, parents, teachers, student leaders, and alumni.Other related duties as assigned.
