Manage internal personnel systems to ensure the process compliant and transparent. ? Establish daily communication channels with employees and provide suggestions for optimizing organizational structure. ? Identify training needs for teams and individuals and ****uate training programs.? Provide suggestions for optimizing the Employee Manual. ? Improve employee happiness index in the company.Your skills and experience ? Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and full understanding of all HR functions and best practices. ? A good team p**** with reasonable pressure resistance ability.? Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.? Enthusiastic about blockchain or technology will be a plus.
